Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel as great as you look in your TradeMutt gear, so if your fit isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a refund or swap.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return packing slip to include inside your parcel.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at your nearest postal hub.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
